We primarily advise the public sector on constitutional issues that arise in the context of public procurement law and subsidy or budget law, in the context of digitization projects as well as on economic activity or information law. We regularly work on the organizational law requirements of the Basic Law and on (cross-level or cross-state) cooperation, particularly in the area of digitization and procurement. In this area, the interpretation and scope of the constitutionally guaranteed municipal self-government from Article 28 (2) of the Basic Law is also frequently under discussion. In addition, issues typically arise in information law that require consideration of the right to informational self-determination and the fundamental rights of the media under Article 5 of the Basic Law.
