The requirements for drafting and negotiating the corresponding contracts are as diverse as the procurement projects themselves. We have advised public clients and bidders on the drafting and negotiation of a wide variety of contracts: From simple contracts for work and services and standard industry contracts, to complex construction and IT contracts, to special operator and concession contracts. Among others a few examples would be infrastructure projects in rail transport, for ports and freeways, but also for the construction and operation of museums.
We accumulate many years of experience in procurement procedures and therefore know both the perspective of public clients and the bidder perspective. We take both perspectives into account when drafting contracts and during contract negotiations and can thus contribute to a balanced distribution of risks and to efficient and economical procurement.
