Svenja Gutsche

Since January 1, 2024, Svenja Gutsche has been part of our team at the Berlin office as a lawyer. Svenja Gutsche completed her legal clerkship in an international and European law department at the Federal Ministry of the Interior and at the German Institute for Human Rights. She was admitted to the bar in March 2022 and most recently worked at bbh, where she dealt with environmental, energy and climate protection law issues. At EKK, she remains loyal to the interfaces between companies and the public sector, public and civil law and will focus more on public procurement law and EU state aid law in the future.
