Price law is an important part of our consulting activities.
Price law is often underestimated. It is legally applicable in the context of public contracts. Violations of price law (in particular violations of the PR 30/53 regulation) can result in considerable claims for repayment by public contracting authorities against their contractors.
We therefore advise on the drafting of tender documents and bids in compliance with price law in order to prevent price law violations from the start. In addition, we advise on price audits and represent our clients in legal disputes with a focus on price law.
