Public Procurement Law

We accompany and shape public procurement procedures - on both the client and the bidder side -, advise on the (re-)structuring of public and public-private companies, and represent our clients in front of review bodies and in court.

We accumulate many years of comprehensive experience in consulting our clients on all types issues within the framework of procurement law. We have successfully advised and represented our clients in many procurement proceedings, of which many had a different focus.

Client consulting

One of our main areas of expertise is the legally compliant structuring and design of public procurement procedures for public clients. In doing so, we aim to optimally meet the specifics of the individual case and the respective needs of the client.

We provide comprehensive advice to clients, prepare expert opinions and statements, and conduct training courses.

Bidder consulting

We advise participants in procurement procedures comprehensively with regard to their strategy for success in the procurement procedure. We advise bidders on all public procurement law issues such as reviewing bid documents and bids with regard to compliance requirements for the respective tender.

Representation in review procedures and litigation

Our practice includes the representation of our clients in front of the review bodies for public procurement law and the representation in both German and European courts.
