Svenja Gutsche has been part of our public procurement law team since the beginning of 2024.

After studying at the Free University of Berlin, she gained experience as a research assistant in a law firm specializing in consumer, banking and capital market law. She completed her legal clerkship in Berlin in an international and European law department at the Federal Ministry of the Interior, Building and Community and at the German Institute for Human Rights.

She has been admitted to the bar since March 2022 and most recently worked in a medium-sized commercial law firm, where she advised municipal companies and private sector companies in the field of energy law and public law - in particular on environmental law and European emissions trading.
