• Legal and strategic-conceptual consulting in e-government of the core administration (federal government, states, municipalities), in particular for the implementation of the requirements of the Online Access Act (OZG)
• Support for IT procurements on issues relating to e-government law, OZG and cooperations
• Support for digitization and OZG implementation in the education sector (schools and universities as well as scientific institutions)
• Cooperation between government agencies in digitization, especially joint data platforms and cooperation in OZG implementation and in e-government in general
• Open data models of the public sector and legal protection of publicity obligations (e.g. PSI Directive, Data Use Act)
• Legal and strategic/conceptual advice on smart city and smart region projects, in particular on awarding contracts, subsidies, IT/data protection, cooperation (PPP and public-public), etc.
