Juliane Unbereit LL.M.oec.

Juliane Unbereit focuses on advising the public sector on legal issues relating to digital transformation. She also advises public clients and bidders on public procurement law issues as well as on subsidy and state aid law.

She studied at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg with a stay abroad at the SWUPL in Chongqing (PR China) and holds an LL.M. in business law (LL.M. oec.) in addition to her state examination. After her legal clerkship in Saxony-Anhalt with stations at the State Administration Office in the ESF funding department and in the legal department of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, among others, she first worked for an international commercial law firm and then for a medium-sized commercial law firm as a lawyer,

In May 2023, Juliane Unbereit joined Eichler Kern Klein as an associate at the Stuttgart office.

In addition to her work as a lawyer, she has been an ambassador for environmental and climate protection as part of the Conference on the Future of Europe since 2022 and has also been a volunteer for the managerohnegrenzen foundation since 2023.
